What a Bill Tracker Should Include

Essential Columns

  • Bill Name: What you’re paying for
  • Amount: How much
  • Due Date: When it’s due each month
  • Payment Method: Which card or account
  • Auto-Pay: Yes or no
  • Status: Paid, pending, or overdue

Optional Columns

  • Category (housing, utilities, subscriptions)
  • Notes (“price increasing in March”)
  • Annual total
